Masssssssive Appologies

I know I haven't updated lately, and I'm really sorry. But I have SO much going on in my personal life, and then I have like, a million things going on mentally, and I'm having some serious family issues I'd rather not discuss, so I haven't really had time to update.

I'm having to take a LOT of time here lately to focus on school, and on my feelings and where I'm at mentally right now. And with my family problems, I haven't been in any place to update here lately.

I really need to focus on ME right now, and I know that sounds incredibly selfish, but I'm in this place mentally right now that I just need to get out of, and it's going to take some time, I'm in between wanting to give up and still going a mile a minute with the weight loss, and I'm getting incredibly depressed again, and having SERIOUS social anxiety problems, and I need to focus on my mind, my body, and my HEALTH right now, mental and physical, so I haven't had time to update much, and probably won't for a while.



I'm still keeping the challenge going, and I know I'm the suckiest challenge leader ever, and I'm sorry I haven't been motivating or able to keep up with everything. I wish I had the time, but I really just don't.



So, I'm leaving it up to you ladies.

Let me know how many of you think I should keep the challenge going, since it's probably not been helping anyone, since I really haven't been doing ANYTHING with it, and soooo many people have already dropped. Just let me know, and I'll do what I need to do accordingly.

And, if you guys vote to end the challenge, I'll make a weight loss forum, so you girls can support each other all the time, and it won't need to be updated constantly, etc.



I just really need to step back for a while and re-evaluate my life, and my goals, and all that stuff, so I don't get back into the obsessive calorie counting hating myself kind of stuff I did before.

Update!

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been sick all week so I haven't been on the computer.


I'll try to update points and stuff on the sidebar as soon as I can. Rest assured I have everyone's points saved on my computer, I'm keeping track of them, I just haven't added them to the sidebar.

Day 14

Sorry for the lack-o-updates, I've been kinda busy. But I made sure to post the daily challenges for the whole week on Sunday's post, so no one misses out on anything!

So, daily stuff:

Daily Challenge:

Try something new (not food wise). Possibly something you've always wanted to do but haven't tried before. If you play an instrument or something, try to learn a new song, or new chord, or in general go walking somewhere you haven't before, write a short story, do SOMETHING you haven't done before.

(2 points)


Workout Suggestion:

Arm work! Lift weights, use a resistance band, whatever you want to do, but do some arm work! It not only tones your arms, but muscle makes you burn calories faster!
